Juniors

LEGO Juniors was a theme line produced from approximately 2014 to 2018 designed for younger children ages 4–7, positioned between LEGO Duplo and the standard LEGO System. Sets featured simplified building techniques, larger studs, and fewer small parts compared to mainline themes, with emphasis on intuitive construction and quick completion. Subject matter spanned diverse playsets including vehicles, buildings, animals, and fantasy scenarios, each scaled for younger hands and shorter attention spans. The theme encompassed a range of settings: knights and castles, city infrastructure such as airports, racing vehicles, farming scenes with animals, and domestic architecture. Each set prioritized accessible building methods and chunky components while maintaining compatibility with standard LEGO bricks. Juniors served as an entry-level building system, offering themed play experiences without the complexity or small-piece density of adult-targeted LEGO product lines.
