Designed for younger builders, the sets feature simplified building techniques and smaller piece counts compared to the main Super Heroes line. The theme emphasizes iconic heroes like Batman and Superman alongside recognizable villains, using bright colors and straightforward construction to appeal to children new to LEGO building. The theme centers on Batman-related scenarios, including the Batcave as a recurring play environment, alongside encounters with classic adversaries such as The Joker, Mr. Freeze, and Lex Luthor.
